By accessing or using UN Jobs Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
UN Jobs Match provides an AI-powered platform for matching candidates with United Nations job vacancies, generating tailored application materials, and tracking job opportunities. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United Nations or any of its agencies.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Subscriptions, Cancellations, and No Refund Policy
No Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has been charged, we cannot issue a refund, partial or otherwise, under any circumstances.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you choose to cancel, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to experience full Premium access and benefits until the end of your current plan period.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UN Jobs Match and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall UN Jobs Match, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We do not guarantee job placement, interview selection, or any specific hiring outcomes as a result of using our tools and services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
